A yearly training calendar is shared with all the members to update their identified learning programmes. Learning programmes are decided on the basis of employee feedback and discussions with heads of departments and HR Associates.

The programmes such as PEP- People Excellence through People Engagement is designed for all the members of the organisation it focuses on competencies such as Communication,Interpersonal Skills and Team building,which are necessary and important for all the functions. Our LDP-Leadership Development Programme focuses on Building High Performing Teams. The programmes gives various tools to build and operate high performing teams.

Company Orientation Programme

A two day Company Orientation Program is conducted each quarter, where new members from across the locations are invited to participate at the Pune office. The programme gives an overview of Josts including its growth ,development, business areas, products, various processes and corporate initiatives

Technical Training

Technical competence of our members is unique strength of the organisation. Our business heads are continuously involved in providing specific training on processes and products to their members. An in-house team of experienced trainers conduct the programmes. Technical training is also extended to our customers,partners.
