Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer inquiries and orders
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and purchase orders

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & MIS

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting: ledgers, journals, reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS for management insights.

Taxation, Return Filing & Statutory Compliance

  • Handle direct taxes (Income Tax, TDS, MAT) and indirect taxes (GST, GSTR9/9C).
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns (TDS, GST, Income Tax, tax audit, etc.) before due dates.
  • Maintain statutory compliance calendars.

Audit Coordination

  • Co-ordinate internal, statutory, tax, subsidiary company, and treasury audits.
  • Ensure coordination with auditors, address findings, implement recommendations, and enhance controls.

BG/LC & Trade Finance Management

  • Administer treasury functions: Bank Guarantees (issuance, amendments, cancellations) and Letters of Credit (LC opening, amendments, reconciliation)
  • Maintain BG/LC schedules, MIS reporting, cost-of-bond/interest accounting, and reconciliation.
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, internal stakeholders to facilitate BG/LC processes seamlessly.

Manufacturing Focus

  • Experience in engineering or equipment manufacturing.
  • Handle costing, WIP management, fixed asset accounting as per manufacturing norms.

Financial Reporting & Controls

  • Prepare budgets and forecasts; conduct variance and cash flow analyses.
  • Monitor working capital, intercompany transactions, and ensure financial governance.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor the accounts team, ensure process discipline and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and legal departments.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred, or equivalent qualification.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of financial regulations, reporting standards, and manufacturing industry nuances.
Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance:
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and IFRS.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regulatory bodies, including SEBI and stock exchanges.
