Flow measurement services

Our engineer visits customer place along with the complete Ultrasonic flow meter system. Does the flow measurement activity at various locations suggested by customer & hand over soft as well as hard copies of the flow data upon completion of job.

Main features of the system are:

Portable i.e. battery operated, clamp on type i.e. no need to take shut down of the process for flow measurement, flow of all liquids except slurries can be measured. Suitable for all pipe materials except mortar. Pipe size range is from 0.5 to 300 inches.

Advantages to customer:

• No need to invest man power for this activity.
• Can measure the flow at locations where flow meter is not installed.
• Validation of existing flow meters. Customer can verify performance of their existing flow meter which are either out of calibration or in doubt.
• Doing performance guarantee test in case of power plants.
• Can do water balance/water audit.
• Checking of pump efficiency.
• To find out water leakages in water distribution network.
• To monitor/understand consumption of each unit as well as each process inside the plant.

Calibration & Repairs Services

a) Calibration:
Upon receipt of the unit at our service center, we check functioning of the flow meter unit & it’s accessories.

Minor issues are rectified without any cost addition to customer.

Ensure that unit is healthy & can be calibrated.

We do calibration in a govt approved NABL accredited laboratory like IDEMI, FCRI. Charges of these labs are higher than other NABL labs.

Our engineer visits calibration lab along with the unit, witness the calibration & does necessary corrections if required.

b) Repairs:
We do in house repairs of various instruments including Ultrasonic flow meters.Repairs is done on component level. We also maintain required spares in our stock to avoid down time in procurement.
