Job Description Role and Responsibilities –
– Person will be responsible for sales in territory assigned

– Person will be a front-end and would help sales in preliminary generation of enquiries and specifications at the end user place.

– Understand the customer requirements in terms of business and technical needs

– Would be responsible for coverage across industries in and around area, will cover key customers through interaction with channel partners, consultants, and end customers.EducationBE / B.Tech / Diploma or BSCExperience

2 – 10 years in selling  various Test & Measuring Instruments/ Analytical instruments/  Process Instruments / Industrial refrigeration and air conditioning products.

Market Experience –   Experience of selling in Automobile / Defence / Power / Government Sector/ Education / Bio / Pharma / Oil & Gas Markets would be preferred.

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in the respective field.  Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFQs, and while submitting reports. Must be self-disciplined for maintaining Sales reports. Must be organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must be prepared for extensive travel.

Job Description Should be able to Sucessfully complete Service Jobs for Battery Operated Trucks with Controllers.
Description
  • Should have sound technical knowledge of Battery operated Trucks with controllers.
  • Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of machinery
  • Perform hands-on, on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
  • Provide technical support to external customers at their location
  • Provide on-site training to the customers
  • Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
  • Converting customers from warranty to AMC and retain them
    Selling spares to customers not in contract
  • Repair and service jobs for the customers not in contact
  • Creating value added solutions for old systems by way revamp and retrofit
  • Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Service Engineer
Desired skills
  • Candidate must have 2+ yrs. of experience in the similar industry
  • Must be able to interpret customers descriptions of their problems and solve them
  • Requires good diagnostic skills
  • Require excellent customer service skills to deal with any customer concerns or complaints
  • Must be comfortable with traveling
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel
